02 — Processing of data
Union Pacific Capital does not collect personal data relating to you from the Website except when specifically and knowingly provided by you.
Union Pacific Capital will act as a Data Controller with respect to Personal Data provided to Union Pacific Capital by you. 11 — Glossary
